If you have slow performance or your computer crashes, you can use clean boot to find what is causing the issue in Windows 10. Here’s how to identify software-related problems in Windows: 1) Run a clean boot, 2) Check if the problem still occurs, 3) Enable apps and services and reboot to figure out what’s causing the problem, 4) Update or uninstall the app or service that’s causing problems, 5) Enable the rest of the apps and services

I had been having this black box randomly pop up and disappear on my screen. So a suggestion was to attempt a clean boot. I followed the initial steps and went to restart my computer. However when it restarted, it would not get past the windows log-in home page. Any suggestions?
The network in the process tab in the task manager is always showing 0% even if I am downloading something. But in the performance tab it shows the amount of network usage. Now there are times that our internet just slows down because I did not know my PC is actually doing something with it. In the performance tab It shows the amount recieved and the amount sent but there is no way of knowing what program or application would do it because in the process tab the network is always in 0%. Is there a fix for that?
