This is unrelated to the vid, but can anyone here help me out? I’ve got this training routine where each day I focus on practicing only one aspect of the game. For example: shooting and finishing on Monday, agility and speed on Tuesday, etc. My problem is I don’t know if this is the best way to train. If I practiced a little of everything each time I trained, would that be more efficient or make it easier for me to improve because I’m practicing certain things more consistently instead of only one day a week? Or does it not matter? If anyone has any ideas I’d appreciate it.
