In this video Coach Carl breaksdown how to perform the muscle up transition by using a band and another style of transition which he calls the “scrapper”, a technique you can use to get your first muscle ups to try to score some points in the RX division of the CrossFit Games Open.
Carl also addresses some tips on how to develop the double unders and how to find some rhythm, plus a little insight on how to progress into the wall ball in order to develop proper accuracy hitting the target.
